In 2023 I was diagnosed with FND, a debilitating neurological condition that left me housebound, barely unable to walk, and in severe mental distress.  In fact, I had more than 30 different symptoms at once, including insomnia, PEM, IBS, tremors, POTS, anxiety, dizziness, brain fog, light and sound sensitivities, muscle wasting, and more neurological pain that anyone should ever have to endure.  With no help from my local healthcare system, it was up to me to learn everything there is to know about neuroplastic conditions and create a program to heal myself.  I put my research skills I learned as an award winning thesis writer to use, and immersed myself in the data for months.  In doing so I uncovered novel strategies and exercises that improved my condition quickly and steadily. 

It was a 2 year climb from the depths of that illness, but I am proud to say that today I am 90% recovered, working as an Osteopathic Practitioner again, golfing again, exercising again, travelling again, and thriving again!
